Return Policy

At Nevaeh on Earth, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Time Frame: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
*Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
*Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personal care items, and custom or personalized products.
2. Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at experiencenoe@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during shipping.
4. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
*Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days.
*Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
*Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
4. Exchanges
*Exchange Process*: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at experiencenoe@gmail.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
*Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
